Everything has been crystal clear, from the river to the sky to the moon, and to the necessary fishing techniques needed to extract crystalline trout. It’s been tough most days to most people, but some are finding fish, almost always on dry and dropper rigs, or blind fishing dry flies

Been busy chasing fish and having fun!!! The river is low and clear, but the kings have decided to start running! It has not been “ideal” conditions, but the fish think it’s time to come home. Mother nature is amazing and very unpredictable

We’ve had several days of extraordinarily beautiful weather and fickle fishing…but there have been enough highlights to keep us smiling. It’d be difficult not to enjoy
A few of us got out over the holiday weekend, and despite the heavy canoe traffic, low clear water and blue skies, the Trout fishing was decent. We caught several Trout on nymphs out of faster pocket water. Stoneflies and soft hackles were the main producers.
