It’s Cleanup week! On Saturday, well over a 100 people will gather to clean the Au Sable on foot or by boat. We won’t find a lot of junk — years of cleanups have emptied the base-load — but we’ll find enough for us to do it again next year.

Too much happening around here for me…Getting back from AK, running trips last week, getting geared up for the upcoming season, tying flies and painting beads, rigging rods, re-tooling my new boat, stocking up on supplies for the fall, etc.
Well, per usual, I managed to get myself sick either during or right after my return home from a fantastic trip to Alaska and the result is that anyone with stock in Alka-Seltzer cold and flu plus and/or Mucinex should be doing well right about now…
