THE DETAILS Warm Springs Ponds, Anaconda, MT Thursday, May 26, 1994 Fished Hog Hole for about an hour with the ARCO film crew. Also got to model for some stills, video and film shots. Lots of float tubers on the pond. When the ARCO workers saw them from up above, they said it looked like a bowl of Cheerios. Saw lots of monster trout along the western shore. I landed a 3 pound rainbow on a bead head hares ear nymph. By far the biggest trout I've ever caught. I'm not sure how long it was, but I could barely get both hands around its belly. A tuber nearby caught a rainbow over 5 pounds that pulled him around for a while. We caught his trout on film as well. Back to Fly-fishing
