THE DETAILS Rock Creek, Lolo National Forest, MT Sunday, March 21, 1993 Saw it, but didn't fish it. A lot of other people were fishing though. I came here primarily to see the bighorn sheep at the viewing area. I hiked for about an hour and didn't see anything but hawks and lots of sheep tracks. And then when I got back to the parking lot, an old guy showed me where to look to see 34 sheep on the hillside. The creek is shallow, clear, and quick as it flows over small stones. Seemed to be lots of good holes and pool areas. Must go back. Back to Backpacking
