Too Many Times To Keep Up

The State Game area is a great place to hike or cross country ski with your dogs and friends. I think it's the best place that's closest to Grand Rapids. I've been here so many times that I stopped writing about it. Nevertheless, I never stop learning about the area.

There's basically one main trail that the mountain bikers use. The normal starting area is on Four Mile Road, between Egypt Valley and Honey Creek roads. Have someone show you the entire trail the first time, because it's really confusing and there are no signs.

Besides the mountain biking trail, there are many, many other trails worth exploring. Someday, I'd like to make a map of all the trails I've followed out here. It would help the next time I feel a bit turned around.
